As a Personal Care Worker, you will assist senior staff in delivering comprehensive care to customers, especially those needing extra support due to physical limitations or frailty. You will provide high quality care, facilitate activities to enhance physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development, and supervise daily hygiene practices. You will report any changes in customers' conditions to senior staff, advocate for customers' wellbeing and collaborate with families and the care team to ensure high-quality care. You will also mentor new staff to support their development.
